Sweet Potato-Banana Casserole (Sandy)

1 lb can sweet potatoes; drained
2 small bananas; sliced 1/4
2 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoon butter; melted
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Put bananas in a bowl with the orange juice and toss. Slice sweet potatoes 1/4 inch thick. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. Arrange 1/2 of the sweet potatoes in the bottom of the casserole. Then 1/2 of the bananas. Sprinkle with 1/2 of sugar mixture and dot with 1/2 of the butter. Repeeat the layering and pour on the remaining orange juice. Combine all ingredients for the topping and sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake for 45 minutes.
