Carolina Sausage Pie 1/99

1/2 lb bulk sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar
2 oz cream cheese; softened
6 tablespoon cottage cheese
1 egg; beaten

1/2 cup bisquick
1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley; divided
1 egg; beaten
2 tablespoon milk
Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage in frying pan; drain well. Mix with cheeses and egg. Crust: Combine Bisquick with 1/2 of the parsley. Mix egg with the milk and add to the Bisquick mixture. Stir only until blended. Grease a 7" pie dish. Spread 1/2 of crust mixture in the pie dish (mixture will barely cover dish). Add sausage mixture. Spread remaining dough on top of pie. Sprinkle with reserved parsley. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
