Cheesy Hash Browns ****

1 1/2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup half & half
1/4 lb butter
1/2 lb velveeta
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Arrange frozen hash browns in a baking dish. Melt all remaining ingredients in a saucepan; pour over potatoes; stir gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or longer. Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour. May be frozen after baking.
