Reuben Egg Rolls 8/30/02 #627

1/2 lb corned beef; chopped
1/2 lb swiss cheese; shredded
14 1/2 oz can shredded saurkraut
15 egg rolls
thousand island dressing
Mix corned beef, swiss, saurkraut together. Add enough thousand island dressing to make it mixable. Put about a tablespoon of this on each egg roll. Roll these up and fry in 1/2 inch of oil until golden. Serve with more Thousand Island dressing to dip in.
