Confetti Salad **** 2/92

16 oz shell macaroni; uncooked
3/4 cup italian dressing; bottled
3/4 cup miracle whip
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 oz cheddar cheese; cubed
1 cup cauliflower; raw, chopped
1/4 cup celery; chopped
1/4 cup green pepper; chopped
1/4 cup radishes; thinly sliced
1 tablespoon parsley

Cook macaroni according to package directions; rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. If you wish, you can par boil the cauliflower a little bit. Combine Italian dressing mayo, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly until pasta and vegetables are evenly coated. Chill

Yield: 10 servings
