Custard Cream Fruit Salad **** 1/1/97

20 oz can pineapple tidbits; drain
16 oz can peach slices; drained
11 oz can mandarin oranges; drained
2 bananas; sliced
1 medium apple; sliced
3 3/8 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
1 this is the 3.4 oz package
1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup sour cream
In a large salad bowl, combine fruits; set aside. In a small bowl, beat pudding mix, milk, and orange juice concentrate for two minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Pour over fruit and toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Yield: 10 servings
