German Rye Beer Bread #650 3/03

1 1/4 cups beer; room temperature
2 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon Butter
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon carroway seeds
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup rye flour
1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast

Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan. Program basic cycle. When this has been kneading for a little bit, check to see if it is necessary to add 2 or 3 more Tbs. flour. Do not attempt to cut this for 24 hours. Wrap it up tightly in tin foil and make yourself wait till next day. This really firms it up nice and also softens the crust.
