Caesar's Salad

2 heads romaine lettuce
4 anchovies; mashed
2 garlic cloves
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 cup croutons; home made preferred
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon regina red wine vineager
6 oz olive oil
8 drop worcestershire sauce
1 salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs; slightly coddled
In a wooden bowl, crush garlic and anchovies. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and coddled egg. Mix well. Add lettuce and toss four or five times. Add croutons and Parmesan cheese, toss again and serve on a chilled plate.
