Hoover Beans #649 2/03

2 oz Velveeta; diced
1 10 oz package frozen french cut green beans; cooked
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon onions; chopped
1/2 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup cream (heavy)
fresh bread crumbs; buttered
Cook grean beans and drain. Place in a casserole dish. Heat butter and saute onions until transparent. Remove from heat and blend in flour, salt, paprika, mustard and Worcestershire. Heat until bubbly. Remove and add cream and Velveeta, stirring constantly. Return to heat and cook until Velveeta is melted. Pour over grean beans. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
