Three Cheese Spaghetti 9/99

1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup shredded gouda
2 mushrooms; sliced
3 oz spaghetti; cooked
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup parmesan; shredded

Make a white sauce with butter, flour milk, and salt. Add swiss and gouda cheese; stir until melted. Add mushrooms; heat. Toss hot spaghetti with butter, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Pour hot cheese sauce over spagetti. Serve with some garlic bread.

Yield: 2 servings
