Savory Kugel ***1/2 2/95

8 oz noodles; cooked
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cottage cheese
1 onion; chopped & sauteed
1 in three tbs butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon parsley; chopped fresh

Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Mix the cooked noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, sauteed onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard together and put into the casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Bake 35 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
