Pueblo Black Bean Soup **** 3/98

8 oz mahatma black beans & rice
16 oz can cream corn
1 cup salsa
1 cup beef broth
1 lb ham; cubed
1 corn bread
1 shredded cheese
Cook black beans according to package directions. Add corn, salsa, broth, and ham. Heat until hot. Serve over corn bread. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
Yield: 6 servings
