3/8 lb Monterey Jack Cheese; sliced into strips
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet success rice; cooked
1 4.5 oz can green chiles; chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese; grated
salt & pepper to taste
Mix sour cream and chilies. Pam a 1 quart casserole. Season the rice with salt and pepper to taste. Layer rice, sour cream mixture and cheese strips in that order. Finish with rice on top. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes. During last 5 minutes sprinkle with the cheddar and allow it to melt.
