Mexican Deviled Eggs **** 3/97

4 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon miracle whip
2 tablespoon salsa
1 tablespoon shredded onion
1/2 tablespoon sour cream
1 salt to taste
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks with cheese, Miracle Whip, salsa, onion, sour cream and salt. Fill the egg whites. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Yield: 4 servings
