Frijoles Con Queso

2 can 16 oz refried beans
1 can 4 oz. chopped green chiles
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onions; finely sliced
Preheat the oven to 325. Combine the beans, chiles and cumin in a medium size bowl. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole. Top with the sour cream, spreading it evenly from edge to edge. Spread the cheese evenly over the sour cream. Bake until the cheese is melted, about fifteen minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the sliced green onions. Serve with tortilla chips. Better have some spoons handy.
