Classic Chili #643 1/03

1/2 cup green bell pepper; chopped
2 medium onions; chopped
1 rib celery; chopped
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic; minced
3 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
2 can (14 oz) kidney beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon orregano
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Cook green pepper, onions, celery, and ground beef in a dutch oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally until meat is browned. Drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Continue cooking until mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 30 minutes.
