Beef Nacho Casserole 3/95 ****

1 lb ground beef
12 oz jar chunky salsa
1 cup frozen sweet corn; thawed
3/4 cup miracle whip
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 divided
2 cup monteray jack cheese; divided
Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, dressing, and chili powder. Layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture, chips and cheese in a 2 quart casserole. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired. Serve with sour cream.
