Bunker Hill Brown Bread ***1/2

1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 each eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup molasses
2 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 350. Sift flour, salt, and soda into a mixing bowl. Add wheat germ and graham cracker crumbs. Stir to combine. In a second bowl combine eggs, oil, molasses, and buttermilk. Blend. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour batter into 2 well greased and floured tall one pound coffee cans or a prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until bread tests done.
