Ham & Cheese Cake # 635 11/02

1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup half & half
1 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 8 oz. cream cheese; softened
4 large eggs
8 oz cooked ham; chopped
2 cups swiss cheese; shredded
pimiento; for garnish
parsley; for garnish
sliced olives; for garnish

Preheat oven to 325°F . Sprinkle bread crumbs over bottom and side of greased 9 inch springform pan. Combine half & half, dry seasonings, cream cheese, and eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes or until smooth. Stir in ham and cheese. Spread mixture over bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour until set. Remove sides of pan and place on serving tray. Garnish with pimientos, parsley, and olives if desired.
