Broccoli-Tomato Casserole **** 11/92

3 pkg frozen broccoli; thawed and
1 drained.
3 each large tomatoes; peeled and
1 sliced
2 cup hellman's mayonnaise
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Make the day before serving if desired. Mix Mayo and parmesan cheese, saving a little of the cheese to sprinkle on top. Mix about 1/2 of the mixture with the broccoli. Arrange broccoli in a 10 inch casserole; top with the tomato slices. Spread remaining mayo mixture over tomato slices and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake casserole in a 350 degree oven; uncovered until nicely browned, about 50 to 60 minutes..
