Pimiento Cheese #4 #622 7/02

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
3 oz romano cheese; shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 oz jar diced pimientos; drained
1 teaspoon texas Pete Honey Mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix all ingredients well, stirring thoroughly. Refrigerate or seerve immediately. Tastes better after the second day when the flavors hve a chance to meld.
