Lo-Cal Jello Salad #697 2/02

1 package lemon jello
1 cup Water
12 oz cottage cheese
1 small cucumber; peeled, chopped
1 large stalk celery; chopped
Boil water and add jello. When jello is completely dissolved, add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour in mold and refrigerate
