Turkey Kabobs ****1/2 4/96

1 lb turkey loaf; cut about 3/4
16 oz can chunk pineapple
1 red bell pepper; cut 1 1/2
1 onion; cut to chunks
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1 success spanish rice
Spray broiler pan with Pam. Thread turkey, pineapple, onion, bell pepper onto 4 12" metal skewers. Brush each skewer with salad dressing. Place kabobs on broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for ten to twelve minutes or until nicely scorched, turning once halfway through cooking. Serve over Spanish rice and pour some Ranch dressing over top.
Yield: 4 servings
