Sweet Cream Biscuits ****1/2 Jan 92

2 cup biscuick baking mix
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoon sugar

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray Pam on a cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix; gently roll to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a two inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 or 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Variations: Add 2 TB Chives or 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon or 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 ts. curry powder Addendum #2: Use regular milk instead of cream, mix it up and then add about 2 TB of melted bacon fat. Might have to add about 1/4 cup more Bisquick to get the correct consistancy. This is actually better than the original.
