Sour Cream Dressing ****

1 1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon onion; chopped
2 tablespoon parsley; chopped
1 each clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
3 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients well. Toss thoroughly with salad greens.

Yield: 8 servings
