Saute'd Mushrooms & Onions **** 7/97

8 oz small mushrooms
1 medium onion; sliced
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 10 1/2 oz can campbells
1 condensed beef broth
2 teaspoon bovril

Melt butter in a pan. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute for four or five minutes. Add beef broth and Bovril, reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes. Serve in small individual bowls or spoon over steaks or hamburgers.

Yield: 2 servings
