Sam's Taco Dip ***1/2

8 oz cream cheese; softened
8 oz sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1 each small onion; chopped
1 each green pepper; chopped
1 each tomato; chopped
8 oz cheddar cheese; shredded
1 single taco chips

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Tabasco sauce until smooth. Put on a serving plate and chill until hardened. Add in layers, onion, lettuce, green pepper, tomato, and cheddar cheese. Serve with taco chips.

Yield: 6 servings
