Salsa Surprise **** 8/96

8 oz cream cheese
14 oz jar mild salsa
8 oz shredded cheddar
1 green pepper; chopped
8 green onions; thinly sliced
1 tortilla chips

Soften cream cheese in microwave. Put in bottom of a 9" pie plate. Pour salsa over top. Sprinkle cheddar over that and then the onions and green pepper. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheddar melts. Serve with tortilla chips and plenty of napkins.
