Roquefort Dressing **** 2/95

1/3 cup green onions; sliced fine
2 cloves garlic; minced
2 cup hellmans mayonnaise
1/2 cup parsley
2 tablespoon anchovy paste
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 lb roquefort cheese
1 pepper to taste

Combine onions, garlic & mayonnaise. Add parsley & mix. Combine anchovy paste & sour cream; thin with vinegar and lemon juice and add to first mixture. Crumble in Roquefort and season to taste with pepper. Chill

Yield: 8 servings
