Rice Chex Sweet Treat 3/99

1 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
6 cup rice chex
2 cup confectioners suger

Melt butter is a saucepan. Add peanut butter and chocolate chips; stir until melted. Pour over Rice Chex in a large lasagna pan and stir until well coated. Put confectioners sugar in a large brown bag; add Rice Chex mixture and shake well. Let dry on paper towels and store in an air-tight container.

Yield: 24 servings
