Pineapple Ham Loaf

1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup finely crushed saltines
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 lb ground cooked ham
1/2 lb ground fresh pork

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 3/4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
4 oz crushed pineapple; undrained
In a large bowl, beat the egg; add the milk, crackers and pepper. Add the ham and pork; mix well. Form into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients; pour over loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally for the last 45 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings
