Pat's Barbeque Sauce

1 tablespoon butter
1 centiliter garlic, minced
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon poupon mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash louisiana hot sauce
Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic and onion; cook 4 or 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Put some of this in leftover shredded pork.
Yield: 4 servings
