Beer and Buttermilk Muffins #535 9/23/00

3/4 cup beer
1 3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix. (1 package)
Mix it till it's barely a batter but no more - don't beat it- and pour it into 8 muffin tins that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 for about 12 minutes. There will be a few ounces of beer left in the can, but I'm sure you can think of something to do with it.
