1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup grape jelly
2 tablespoon water
1 lb ground beef
1 bell pepper; finely chopped
6 buns or english muffins
In a small bowl, combine onion soup mix, chili sauce, grape jelly and water. In a ten inch skillet, brown ground beef with green pepper over medium high heat; drain. Stir in soup mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat. reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve on rolls.
Yield: 6 servings
