Marlena's Showboat Rice #544 11/00

2 cups uncle Ben's Instant 5 minute rice; Enriched long grain
1 can campbell's French Onion soup
1 can campbell's beef consomme
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt stick of butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish in the oven. Add the soup, consomme and the rice. Stir. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes to thicken.
