Kidney Bean Salad *** 10/93

15 oz can kidney beans, drained
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoon onion; finely chopped
4 hard boiled eggs; diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise; or more to taste

Combine all ingredients gently and chill.

Yield: 4 servings
