9 oz jar apple jelly
9 oz jar pineapple preserves
1 1/2 oz horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper (to taste)
Combine all ingredients except the white pepper and blend thoroughly. Taste and add pepper accordingly; the strength of the horseradish will determine the amount needed. This is good on ham, and in combination with cream cheese, is excellent spread on a cracker. This will last indefinitely in the refrigerator.
