1/4 cup mild molasses; not blackstrap
1 pinch baking soda
4 teaspoon butter; separated
2 biscuits; hot and cut in half
Heat molasses is a small container. Add the baking soda and stir. This will foam and turn to a light brown color. Pour this mixture over the four pats of butter in a dish. Dip your hot biscuits into this. Make sure you get some of the butter. YUM!
