Jack's Ham *****

8 oz slice ham
1/3 stick butter
6 tablespoon brown sugar
8 1/2 oz can sliced peaches
Melt butter in a frying pan. Add sugar and peaches with juice. Stir to mix; add ham and cook for just 5 to 10 minutes, or until ham is warmed through. Do not overcook or ham will get tough. This goes really well with potatoes O'Brien and toast.
