Hot Olive Bites ****

2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
3 each green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
6 each english muffins, split
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 can 4 oz. chopped black olives
Drain olives. Combine olives, cheese, mayo, onions, curry powder and pepper. Spread olive mixture on all muffin halves. Cut each half into six wedges and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm. The wedges may be frozen on a cookie sheet before baking. Store in freezer bags until ready to use.
