Hot Dog Chili Topping 7/00 #527

1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion; chopped
2 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon steak sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground up dried red chili's
Cook beef and onion in a saucepan until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over hot dogs in buns.
