Horseradish Dill Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 dash hot sauce to taste
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon white wine

Blend all the ingredients together; chill before serving.
