Honey Glazed Carrots ****

1 lb carrots; sliced
1 tablespoon butter; melted
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook carrots in boiling salted water til barely tender. Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Add carrots and simmer 4 - 6 minutes until glazed, stirring.
Yield: 6 servings
