Hink's Sausage 5/99

1 1/2 lb fresh ground pork(15%fat)
1 1/2 teaspoon powdered sage
1/8 teaspoon powdered bay leaf
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Just mix it all together. This freezes well.
