Hink's Macaroni & Cheese 9/98

3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
2 tablespoon butter; melted
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
4 oz velveeta; cubed
1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 bread slices
4 oz butter; melted
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in a small baking dish; set aside. in a saucepan, melt the butter, add milk, bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Stir in cheeses, and pepper until cheese is melted. Pour over macaroni until desired consistancy is reached. Mix well. Save remainder for a sauce to pour over after it has been cooked. Topping Put the bread slices through a food processor to make crumbs. Add the butter and mix. Spread over top of the casserole. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes. Add additional sauce as desired.
