Ham Mousse Salad 5/95 ****

2 cup ham; finely chopped
1 cup beef broth
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup whipping cream; whipped
2 oz jar pimientos; drained
Put gelatin in 1/4 cup consomme. Heat rest of consomme to boiling and add to gelatin mixture. Add Worcestershire sauce and let cool. Add ham and Miracle Whip and fold in whipped cream. Mold and refrigerate.
Yield: 6 servings
