Baked Onions In Sour Cream ***

4 each onions 3 diameter
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley
1 single pepper to taste
Rinse the unpeeled onions and put them on a tinfoil covered platter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove skins, cut open and squeeze onion out. In a saucepan, heat butter, sour cream, brown sugar, and lemon juice until melted. Stir in the sour cream and serve over the onions. Top with the parsley and pepper. Rating - ****
